If you are the holder of a qualification and you have the e-dni (electronic identity card), check whether your University is attached to the eTítulo project in the following list and get access to the online application services from this link.

Renewing

Your certificate has a validity that you may verify in your browser’s Certificate Properties queries menu.

Before the validity period of your digital certificate expires, you must renew it.

From two months prior to the expiry date of your certificate, you may renew it without the need for appearing at any records office. All you have to do is follow two simple steps:

1. Apply for renewal at your University
2. Renew your certificate from the degree holder portal.

 

Note: You cannot renew your certificate once it has expired.

Revocation

Two procedures exist in order to revoke your digital certificate.
Online procedure

Via a web from which you may request that your certificate be revoked.

To do so, you must go to REVOCATION ONLINE

  • On the form, you must write properly the data that identify you.
    •    Introduce the Revocation Code provided during the process of generating your digital certificate.
    •    Introduce the cause of the request for revocation.
    •    Explicitly accept the request and the consequences thereof.

Having accepted the request, the certificate shall be immediately revoked.

Revocation in office times

In order to request that a certificate be revoked over the phone during office times, you may contact Signe’s telephone revocation service by calling

(+34) 902 30 17 01.

The subscriber must contact customer Support, and identify themselves and prove their identity by means the procedures Signe deems fit.

Once identification has taken place correctly, an operator of the Registration Authority shall proceed with revocation.
