Job training

In collaboration with the Fundación Juanjo Torrejón, we have supported programs that foster the autonomy of individuals who are unemployed or seeking better job opportunities, helping them achieve greater employment and economic stability.

The active job search for people in situations of social vulnerability has become one of the foundation’s top priorities — a field in constant adaptation and improvement.

The Fundación Juanjo Torrejón addresses this challenge through personalized programs that include: information and guidance, résumé preparation, information technology workshops, job interview training, and workshops on administrative procedures and paperwork.
All of these activities are carried out by social workers, volunteers, and employment counselors, ensuring comprehensive support throughout
the process.
