SPECIALISTERNE RESOURCES FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
Specialisterne is a social organization founded in Denmark in 2004, with direct or indirect presence in 25 countries, dedicated to promoting the employment inclusion of people with autism and other diagnoses within the neurodiversity spectrum.
It provides training and job opportunities for people with autism, Asperger syndrome, and other neurodivergences, while offering companies both talent and expertise on how to successfully include neurodiversity within their teams.
The collaboration agreement with Specialisterne led to several initiatives:
- Scholarship program for students of Specialisterne.
- Awareness campaign in Spanish universities
- Guide for academic staff, and a guide for university students.
- Three awareness videos sharing the experiences of people with autism who have studied or tried to study at university.
